Shipping

We currently only shipping within Australia via a registered freight service, Australia Post, whereby you can track your order online.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all hangers (excluding ceramic hangers which have a $10 postage charge). You may be requested to pay further shipping charges whereby you have requested a change in shipping address or delivery time.

5-7 day delivery service (standard), and a 2-3day delivery service (express) however, please allow additional time for locations outside of metropolitan areas. You will receive a tracking number once your goods are on their way.

Lead time on non-stocked items

There are only limited items kept in stock. Current lead time for non-stocked items is 2-3 weeks. 

Returns/Refunds

Returns will only be honoured if the product is supplied incorrectly or faulty. Please choose carefully as no refunds for change of mind will be accepted. Should you have any problems please contact me directly. Replacement/refund of the product/s initial purchase price (excluding shipping) will be finalised in the return of the product/s.
